Course Outline

Whenever Dov Ber asked people what they want most in the world they said “to be happy”. He shows how sustainable happiness is all about your attitude to life.

What attitude do you need to be truly happy? Dov Ber tells the story of his time volunteering in an orphanage in Sri Lanka where he learned the secret to this question.

Accessing positivity is about training yourself to see the best in every person and in every moment. Although that can be a challenge, Dov Ber shows how having a positive attitude depends on having a positive attitude towards yourself.

Having spent a lot of time in silent meditation retreats in the Far East, Dov Ber shares the skills he learned about how to control your thoughts.

Learn to be present in the moment and give yourself a chance to settle your mind. If we turn off the noise in our mind, we can reveal the peace and joy and connection that is hiding underneath.

When the time comes to look back at your life, will you have any regrets? Dov Ber teaches that to the extent to which you can tap into the purpose of life, that makes the whole journey meaningful.

To live a well thought-out life you need to answer these three questions: what do you believe? Why do you believe that? And how do you know you are right?

Most people view God as a big angry man in the sky. Dov Ber dispels this idea and shows how Judaism can be a path to true spiritual enlightenment.

Do you believe there is evidence that the Torah could not have been written by a human being? The Torah is full of unusual and supernatural predictions and Dov Ber analyses them to show how they all came true.
